The Membership Circle

A practice home for clinicians who want to keep getting better.

A three-tier membership for psychiatric nurse practitioners, social workers, and counselors who want ongoing case consultation, a thoughtful peer community, and a steady source of professional growth — without the noise of generic clinician groups.

Three ways to join

Choose the membership that fits your stage of practice

From a free resource hub to an application-only mentorship circle capped at 12 seats — each tier is designed for a different level of investment and a different stage in your clinical career.

What membership gives you

A clinical home, not another newsletter

💬

Real case consultation, not abstract advice

De-identified case material brought by working clinicians — discussed with rigor, empathy, and an integrated psychiatric-and-therapeutic lens.

📚

A resource library worth opening

Clinical talking points, intake templates, documentation models, decision trees, and reading lists — kept current, kept practical.

🧭

A community of peers who take the work seriously

Members are PMHNPs, LCSWs, and LMHCs in active practice or training. Discussion stays clinical, generative, and respectful.

🎯

Practice-development support, as needed

Office hours and Mentorship Circle conversations can extend into billing, paneling, niche clarification, and other questions a clinical isolated practice rarely answers.

How it works

A predictable rhythm you can plan around

01

Twice-monthly group consultation (Practice Circle & above)

90-minute video calls on a published schedule. Each call alternates between member-brought case consultation and structured topical discussion. Recorded for members who can't attend live.

02

Monthly open office hour

A standing time to bring shorter clinical or practice questions — no agenda required. Drop in for 15 minutes or stay for the hour.

03

Mentorship Circle 1:1 + async case review

A monthly 60-minute private call with Shay, plus up to three written case reviews per month with a five-business-day response window. Messaging is available for shorter questions (1–2 business days; not for emergencies).

04

Quarterly intensives + annual review

Mentorship Circle members receive a quarterly half-day intensive (clinical or practice focus) and a written annual review document summarizing growth, themes, and recommended next steps.
