TheraPsych Institute provides professional education, consultation, mentorship, precepting, and retreat experiences to clinicians and clinical students. Membership and consulting are professional consultation — not clinical supervision. The Institute does not assume legal, regulatory, or licensure responsibility for member or client clinical practice or patient outcomes.
Content shared in trainings, the store, consulting sessions, membership, and retreats is for general professional education. It is not legal, medical, or tax advice. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making decisions about your individual practice, contracts, regulatory compliance, or patient care.
All training materials, store products, slide decks, and membership resources are licensed to the purchasing individual or practice for internal professional use. They may not be resold, redistributed, posted publicly, or used to deliver training to third parties without written permission. The H.O.P.E. framework used in retreats is used under license from The Baggage Exchange LLC.
Refund policies for trainings, retreats, and memberships are specified at the point of purchase. As a general rule, digital store products are non-refundable once delivered; live cohorts and retreats follow a tiered cancellation schedule disclosed before payment; memberships may be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the next billing cycle.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheraPsych Institute LLC's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. The Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gaston County, North Carolina.
