When you contact us, register for a training, or join a membership tier, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, professional role, and any message content. For paid offerings, payment is processed through a PCI-compliant third-party processor; we do not store full card numbers.
We do not knowingly collect protected health information (PHI). The Institute is not a HIPAA covered entity, and any case material brought to membership consultation calls must be fully de-identified per HIPAA Safe Harbor standards before it is shared.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, deliver any training or membership you've purchased, send periodic updates from the Institute, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except those who help us operate the Institute (email, payment, scheduling) under their own privacy obligations.
You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@therapsychinstitute.com. Deletion may affect our ability to provide a training or membership you've already paid for.
